This page governs your use of knightgrid.tech. Any service ByteKnight Security Private Limited performs for you — managed detection, testing, compliance work — is delivered under a separately signed master services agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.

Information on this site is indicative

Prices shown are indicative annual list figures intended to help you budget. They are not an offer. A binding price follows a scoping call and appears in a written proposal.

The Grid Score assessment is a self-reported questionnaire, not a security audit. It is a useful conversation starter and nothing more — do not present its output as assurance to a customer, an insurer or a regulator.

Insights and guidance

Articles published here reflect our view at the time of writing. Regulation moves, and threat guidance ages badly. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and you should not act on it in place of advice about your own circumstances.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to test, scan or otherwise attack this site without written authorisation. We are happy to receive security reports — write to info@byteknightsecurity.com and we will respond. Authorised testing is arranged in advance, in writing, with a defined scope.

The KnightGrid name, the mark, and the content of this site belong to ByteKnight Security Private Limited. Quote us with attribution; do not republish wholesale.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded, and it does not affect the liability terms of a signed services agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
